Can we meet up before we decide to book?

Of course! If you are local to the Coventry area i would love to meet up and discuss your plans over a coffee. Alternatively i would be more than happy to jump on a zoom call for a chat.

Amazing! It couldn't be easier! Just head over to my contact page and fill out my contact form, i will be in touch with you within 1-2 working days. Then we can see if your date is still available, have a zoom call where you can tell me all about your wedding day plans, we can get to know each other a little more, see if we would be a good fit to work together and go from there :) 

How do we secure our date with you?

Unfortunately i am unable to hold dates for my couples. In order to secure your date with me i require your completed booking form, your booking fee of 20% of the selected package and a signed contract - once this has all been received your date will be in the diary and i am all yours for your big day! :) The rest of the remaining fee will be due 1 month before your wedding day.

What happens if you are ill on the day?

Hopefully, touch wood! this won't happen but unfortunately i am human and sometimes we get unlucky. If the worst comes to the worst and i am unable to attend your day at short notice - i belong to an incredible network of talented photographers who i trust and would be able to call upon to step in and cover your day for me. The other photographer would shoot the day for me and then pass the images on to me which i would still edit in my unique style before delivering to you.

We are quite nervous in front of the camera, can we book a pre-wedding shoot with you?

Absolutely! first of all.. it is completely normal to feel this way.. i am guilty of this myself! But try not to worry, it is my job to make you feel and ease and more comfortable during your shoot. I do offer engagement/pre-wedding sessions and often encourage my couples to book these with me if they want to get to know how i work better before their wedding and feel more used to being around the camera before their wedding day - this way we are already good friends before the day! My aim is for you to come away from your session wondering what you had been worried about and a beautiful set of images telling another part of your story together. Sessions can be booked with me starting from £250.

Do you require accommodation and a meal providing?

If i am covering a full wedding day then yes it would be lovely to have the option of a meal being provided - I tend to eat when you eat, no-one wants a photo of themselves tucking into their chicken dinner! In terms of accommodation, if your wedding is more than 2 hours away from Coventry or York then yes i would require accommodation (i am happy to arrange this myself). However this can be arranged to be included in the price during your consultation as will my travel expenses.

Do you travel for weddings?

100%. If you have had a read through my website about me, you will already know that i love to travel. I am desperate to see as much of the world as i can and to shoot destination weddings is totally up my street! Get in touch and i can give you a personalised quote and lets get those flights booked!

How long will it be before we receive our wedding photos?

I always aim to provide you with a couple of sneak peaks shortly after your day - as i know you will be super excited to see your images. For full galleries i always aim between 6-8 weeks however during busy season this could be up to 10 weeks. I know you will be really looking forward to receiving your gallery but i always like to ensure i give my best work to my couples and i promise - they will be worth the wait!

Do you have backup equipment and are you full insured?

Yes. I shoot with x2 camera bodies both with dual memory card slots. I also carry 2-3 lenses so i always have a backup should any of my equipment fail on the day. I also have both public liability and Indemnity insurance and I can produce these documents if requested.
